To be eligible to apply for a grant, all three requirements must be met. These requirements are essential and cannot be waived.


1.  Applicant and co-applicant (if applicable) must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and reside in Manitoba.

2.  Applicant and co-applicant (if applicable) must have valid Manitoba health cards.

3.  Applicant and co-applicant (if applicable) currently cannot conceive and are a patient of a fertility clinic in Manitoba.
